Tree-ripened whole olives with garlic and oregano, Negrinha do Douro are an indigenous olive variety unique to Portugal. Harvested when turning colour and preserved naturally in brine, then split before adding garlic and oregano. From the Douro Valley in Northern Portugal, they are a firm, robust and garlicky pasteurised olive. Ideal with an aperitif.
